How do I return an item?
There is currently no right of return for our products.
What can I do if my IRISgo® cup arrives damaged?
We are sorry that you received a damaged IRISgo® cup. According to our own standards, this should not happen.
Please contact our customer support and send us pictures of the damage.
If there is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace your cup or refund your purchase price.
Can I exchange an IRISgo® cup for a different color?
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. In the online shop you can see whether your IRISgo® cup is available in the desired color and order it straight away.
