Which countries do you ship to?

We currently deliver within Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Ireland.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We usually need some time to process your order. You will find tracking information in your shipping confirmation.

We want you to be able to enjoy your drinks from the IRISgo® cup as soon as possible. That's why we do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. You will usually receive your package within 1 to 3 working days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is climate neutral for every order and free from 35 CHF.

For orders under 35 CHF we charge a shipping fee of 7 CHF.

Which transport company do you use?

Shipping is carried out by Swiss Post or an equivalent provider.

How can I track the status of my order?

After your package has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. In it you will find a link to track your shipment.

If you place your order on a weekend, you will not receive confirmation until Monday at the earliest.

What can I do if my product was not delivered on time?

We're sorry you're still waiting for delivery. Nobody likes to wait longer than necessary for an order.
