Had a faulty cup after using it for nearly a year, reached the customer service and they solved it by sending a new one.
I did a lot of research for the perfect cup. I wanted a large opening like a regular cup and also wanted it to be spill proof. This ticks all the boxes. Would expect nothing less from Switzerland :)
