Returns & Exchange
There is a 14-day right of return on all items (except personalised items). The costs for the return are not covered by IRISgo® and must be covered by the customer. If you wish to return one or more items, please contact our customer support and attach the completed cancellation form (see Terms and Conditions ‘Definitions and legal information’).

We are sorry that you received a damaged IRISgo® cup. According to our own standards, this should not happen.
Please contact our customer support and send us pictures of the damage.
If there is a manufacturing defect, we will be happy to replace your cup or refund your purchase price.
Unfortunately, a direct exchange is not possible. In the online shop you can see whether your IRISgo® cup is available in the desired color and order it straight away.
