Turn the top part of the IRISgo® cup clockwise to close it and anti-clockwise to open it again. It couldn't be easier. You can find detailed instructions on how to use it here .

The IRISgo® cup is made of three different materials. The lower part is made of double-walled vacuum-insulated stainless steel, which keeps your drinks hot or cold. The upper component is made of polypropylene, which is BPA-free, easy to handle and offers a pleasant drinking experience. The membrane of the closure is made of 100% highly elastic and temperature-resistant silicone. It is also odorless and food-safe (FDA compliant).

B-goods are products that have slight visual defects. They are all fully functional, but unfortunately have small scratches or dents, which is why we cannot sell them as A-goods. For sustainability reasons, however, we do not want to dispose of them, but sell them at a reduced price. You can find more information on the respective product page .

If you have closed your IRISgo® cup correctly, it cannot open uncontrollably in your bag. The principle works in the same way as a standard threaded cap that is used on most bottles.
Always transport your IRISgo® cup upright.

Thanks to the vacuum insulation of the IRISgo® cup, your drinks stay warm for up to 3 hours and cold for up to 6 hours.

The IRISgo® cup is not dishwasher safe and must be cleaned by hand. Clean the IRISgo® cup with warm water and a soft cloth, sponge or brush.

There are no universal standard holders for cars, but with a diameter of 75mm the IRISgo® cup fits into most cup holders.

If you would like to recycle your IRISgo® cup, simply contact us with your request and together we will find a solution for you and your IRISgo® cup.

Otherwise, dispose of your IRISgo® cup in the scrap metal. You do not have to disassemble the IRISgo® cup to do this.

The Cleaning Brush is made in Switzerland. Only Swiss beech wood is used. The bristles are made of bio-based plastic, which is made from castor oil (instead of petroleum).
