I initially purchased a cup that was defect, basically, it was not leak proof and I was doing the troubleshoot suggested.
In the end, it was a hardware problem and when I informed I did not want to troubleshoot anymore after trying everything, Jacqueline was very diligent and understanding.
I was sent a new cup that actually works.
