We have worked with Silac AG in Euthal since day one. We started together, we brought the IRISgo cup into series production together, and we still work closely with them today. Silac is our production partner, right in the middle of Switzerland and only an hour from our base in Horw.
Why Swiss Made is worth its weight in gold to us
We developed a product that had never been produced this way before. Every component, every tool, every step had to be rethought. In an innovation process like that, being able to stand on the production floor within an hour is worth its weight in gold. To see it on site. To talk it through. To decide the same day.
Because product innovation does not stop once the first production batch is done. It keeps being developed and refined. A product can always get better, and it does so best when development and production are close together.
Flexible when it counts
That proximity also pays off when things need to move fast. Large orders that came in at very short notice were delivered within weeks. With long supply chains that would be unthinkable. It takes a partner who reacts quickly and thinks along with you. That is exactly the partnership we have with Silac.
What we have set out to do
Innovation Made in Switzerland was once a name known around the world. Today, less and less is produced to Swiss Made criteria, and less and less of it is in Swiss hands. We are working to change that. With IRISgo, our vision is to be the most innovative company for reusable products.
